About Chip Porter: the stories nobody else wrote down.

An avid sports fan, former professional golfer and Georgia native, Chip Porter lives in a quiet suburb of Savannah with his wife, Kim. He enjoys every minute he can with his children and is always eager to babysit his two young grandsons and enjoys their endless supply of humor and love.

His first book, The Southern Massacre, the story of the 1979 Presbyterian College Blue Hose football team, was published in 2023. Since then, Chip has written two more books on lesser-known sports stories, and his dedication to this new career has garnered attention in regional and national spotlights in the sports world.
